Possible Scenarios

1.When I click on the registration button, nothing happens.  My web page seems to stay at the same place.
Suggestion: You (or your company) may likely be using a pop-up blocker or running a firewall that is implementing a pop-up blocker.  Although we do not display advertisements on our site, you will need to enable pop-ups for www.kingscompanion.com. Typically, pop-up blocking software allows you to do this without having to turn off all pop-up blocking. In other words, you can enable it just for specific sites.

2. When I click to enter the application's main site it just seems to hang with a message saying that is  "Retrieving Map" or "Retrieving Data". 
 Suggestion:  This may simply be a long delay due to a slow dial-up connection.  We highly recommend that you don't run King's Companion on a dial up modem -- because  it will take a very long time to load.    If you're not running it on a dial up modem, then it may be related to a firewall. If you are running a firewall, you may want to try adjusting options that  may be preventing access.

3. Does King's Companion work from Macintosh or Unix sites or any site using Netscape?
Answer: King's Companion does not work from a Unix site, however it does work with Mozilla/Firefox version 1.0.4 and later and later Netscape versions.  It should also work with most Macintosh machines running current web browsers.

4. I lost/deleted the cookies on my machine, what do I do?
Suggestion: You have to go to www.kingscompanion.com ,and click on the "Click Here for a Reminder of a Previous Registration" button.  After you enter  your information, you'll be quickly guided back into King's Companion.

5. Every time I enter the site it seems to kick me back out and suggests that I  need to re-register.
Suggestion: If you are using AOL or Netzero this can cause this problem. 

6. My registration went fine and I entered all of the information correctly, but it won't let me in after my final registration information is entered.
